Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order only before the shipping label is printed. Once the shipping label has been created, the order is considered processed, and we can no longer accept cancellations.

Restocking Fee

All cancelled orders are subject to a 3% cancellation processing fee, plus a $0.70 restocking fee (unless otherwise stated in the product description). This fee covers the upfront costs we incur with our credit card processors. Please note, orders cannot be adjusted or edited once they’ve been processed. If a shipping label has been created, the order cannot be canceled.

Cancellations are not accepted for presale and preorder items. By purchasing these items, you agree to the terms outlined for these special orders.

How to Submit a Cancellation Request

If you wish to cancel your order, please email your request to support@shinyvaultcollectibles.com. In the subject line, include "CANCELLATION REQUEST" along with your order number.
