Be sure to include a handwritten note with your name and the original purchase date in the photos.

  • Step 3: Evaluation and Resolution
    Once we receive your claim, our team will review the provided information. If approved, we will either issue a refund to your original payment method or send a replacement item, depending on availability. Please note, we may request that you return the damaged item before we finalize the resolution.


3. Non-Refundable Items

Please be aware that we do not accept returns or provide refunds for the following:

  • Items that were not damaged upon arrival.

  • Items that have been opened, used, or altered in any way.

  • Items purchased at a discount, on sale, or through a promotion (unless otherwise specified).

  • Items where the return request is made beyond the 7-day reporting window.


4. Incorrect Address, Failed Deliveries, or Theft

If your item is delivered to an incorrect address due to errors made during checkout or if it is returned to us because of failed delivery attempts, we are not responsible for issuing a refund. Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete.

In cases where the item is marked as delivered or a delivery scan is generated, but the package cannot be found, we will submit a lost or stolen package claim to the carrier. However, if the carrier determines that the package is not eligible for an insurance claim, we will not be able to offer a refund.
